Welcome to NXT Basketball! This manual will walk you through every feature in the platform, step by step. Whether you're a player, parent, or coach, this guide has everything you need.
There are two ways to get an account:
If you received a text message invite, tap the link on your phone. It works the same as the email link.
How to log in
If you forget your password, click "Forgot password?" on the login page. You'll get an email with a link to reset it. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
After 5 wrong password attempts, your account locks for 30 minutes. This is a security feature to protect your account.
After logging in, you land on your Dashboard — your home base. What you see depends on your role:
The sidebar is the main menu on the left side of the screen. It contains links to every feature organized into groups (Play, My Pro, Learn, etc.). Click a group name to expand it and see the options inside.
The sidebar highlights the page you're currently on in gold, so you always know where you are.
The bell icon in the sidebar shows your unread notifications. Tap it to see messages, announcements, homework assignments, game invitations, and more. A red dot means you have something new.
